Monitoring, in credits

What watching a list costs.

Upload a list once. Each record is charged 3 credits for every 30 days it is watched, with a minimum of 300 credits per list per period, from purchased credits. You hear only when a list change touches one of your records. Move the slider to your list size.

Credits, not a subscription. A list whose next period cannot be paid pauses and tells you; it is never deleted.

What is a preview?+

A preview runs the full report but shows only the result and the counts. Unlock it with purchased credits within 7 days to read every finding and source.

What if a report is wrong?+

Every report has a “report a wrong result” link. We look at it and fix the cause. Our credit terms, including refunds, will be published on this page. Reports are for review; the decision stays with you.

Is monitoring charged separately?+

Yes. Monitoring is charged per record for each 30 days watched, from purchased credits, with a small minimum per list. If the balance cannot cover the next period, the list pauses and you are told.

Can I use reports for hiring or credit decisions?+

No. InackGuard is for business and compliance use. It is not a consumer reporting agency and must not be used for employment, housing, credit, lending or insurance eligibility.

Do you offer invoices?+

Card purchases come with receipts. Enterprise accounts are invoiced for a prepaid credit pool.
