What each step shows

The tour above is a glimpse. This is what is behind each click.

1Run a check

One name or a spreadsheet of thousands. Every source is searched in the same pass; a source that cannot be reached is named in the coverage table, never shown as clear. The price is on the button before you run.

2Read the report

Findings ranked for a person, strongest first, each with its score, its reason and the list and date behind it. Weak leads are listed so nothing is hidden, but they do not reach a person unless you ask for wide matching.

3Decide and record

Confirm a match, clear it, or mark a listed entry as not your subject. Each decision keeps who, when and why, and a cleared entry stays cleared on re-screening.

4Watch for changes

Upload a list once. When a source list changes, you hear only if the change touches one of your records, by email, chat or signed webhook, and only once.

5Replay any decision

Months later, re-run a past check against its stored evidence or against today's lists. Both runs are kept; the difference is shown line by line.

What the tour does not show: cases, four-eyes close, legal hold, transaction rules, document reviews and the API.
They share the same sealed record. The Platform page walks through them.
